Completed for local Perth Hills builder Poletti, this Darlington bathroom features a custom semi-frameless sliding shower screen in matte black. The screen was designed around the nib wall, using a clean silicone glass joint to create a practical enclosure that complements the bathroom’s dark finishes.
Sliding Access with a Custom Fit
This custom shower screen was designed to work with the bathroom’s available space and existing nib wall. A semi-frameless sliding configuration was selected to provide comfortable access without requiring clearance for a pivot door to swing into the room. The matte-black perimeter frame complements the dark wall and floor tiles, while the clear toughened glass prevents the enclosure from feeling too heavy or closed in. The glass meeting the nib wall was finished with a neat silicone joint, creating a clean connection without adding unnecessary framing. Every component was professionally measured and custom-made to suit the bathroom’s layout. The completed screen provides practical sliding access, dependable everyday performance and a finish that works naturally with the builder’s overall bathroom design.
