My background in skilled trades began with an apprenticeship in furniture making, where I learned the importance of precision, craftsmanship and attention to detail. After moving to Australia at the beginning of the century, I entered the glazing industry and began building my experience in custom glass, shower screens and installation. More than 20 years later, those early skills still influence how I approach every AMAC job. Accurate measuring, careful preparation and attention to the final details are what turn a good installation into one that looks right and works properly for years.
